Match Contact on a sheet from imported data

I have an import file with a column that contain "Last Name, First Name" and I'd like to update with my Smartsheet Contact. Has anyone done this?

@Genevieve P. @Eric Law , Thank you both for responding. I'm receiving a cc statement download and I'm trying to match the name(Contact) in the downloaded data and populate the contact lookup with a contact in the system. See example below.

Do you have another sheet with all of your contacts listed down one Contact column, and their name with the structure LastName, FirstName down another column?

If you have a reference sheet like that, then you can use an Index(Match function to bring back the Contact from your reference list into this sheet. Here's an article that goes through how to set this up:

Another alternative is to use an Assign Someone workflow to automatically add a contact to a cell based on what's been added to the row:
