Max formula with created date column
I'm having a very weird issue. I'm trying to use the Max function to deliver the most recent created date. I have a column type with created date which I have named "created". I've input the following formula =Max(Date:Date) and I keep getting an "invalid column value" error. What am I doing wrong? I would eventually like to nest this in to an IF statement whereby it puts a checkmark in the most recently added row which I can then filter by in a report. Thanks for your time and help!

@neisdorfer If your date column is named "created" then your formula should be Max(created:created).
