When AI roll out, will there be a way to not include it or turn it off? I believe the company I work for will start blocking all sites that use AI. Thinking ahead so we don't lose what we already have.

The AI tool is really nice to have, but it gets in the way of my cell view and it seems impossible to turn off. I would like to be able to turn it off so that other people can't accidentally change anything in certain spreadsheets.
Our company has banned the use of AI. Can it be disabled at the SysAdmin level for all users in our plan?
Would like the option to disable/enable the AI Tools.

Resurfacing this - is there any way to submit a product request to completely disable AI functionality? We do not allow it at our company.

Voting on this Product Idea is submitting your request to have the ability to turn off AI from the Admin Center. In the meantime, I would recommend reaching out to your CSM to see what options your company may have available regarding AI.

Our organization has tens of thousands of Smartsheet objects, but with the implementation of AI, we now face a risk that does not align with our policies on AI usage. We'd like to disable the generative AI features in our enterprise account. We know Smartsheet Gov has these features disabled—why can you not offer the same to enterprise customers? Please, let us choose when to opt in to the AI capabilities. Otherwise, we will have to dramatically cut back our use of Smartsheet and move to other platforms. We've been spending over $100k annually on Smartsheet.
The "browse" button was recently changed to go through a recent workspaces menu and requiring a second click on "browse all" before actually bringing up the browse menu sidebar.
