Can't find users' email address in Dynamic View

Hi,

I am trying to add a list of email addresses of shared users to the sharing tab of a dynamic view, but I cannot seem to locate their email addresses. Can anyone please advise on what the users should do to enable their email addresses to be shown in the dropdown list?

@Andrée Starå In the Dynamic View, when I try to add some users, I get No Options, as shown below.

Hi - Any feedback on this question please? I am also getting 'No option' when I tried adding a valid email address.

Hi @Laiph

The only options that will appear in the Shared Users dropdown list are the ones that are part of your plan. If you want to add someone who is not a member of your plan, no problem! You just need to type the full email and hit Enter. Then it adds the new email in. 🙂
