Please help

Is there a way to have a sheet update from another. for isntance if the addresses match i need the new information submitted in one of the columns to then be entered into the column of the other sheet.

Also, aditionally if someone uses the same address each month as a location but i need the most recent submission with response for that second sheets column how do i make sure that happens

the only thing to really see is that one sheet is a data base that holds tons of information and i want it to have a column that gets filled in from a second sheet that uses an intake form submission each month. the people submit based on their address in that intake form sheet and so i need what they enter for that address then entered into the database sheet. each month though these people submit so i need the most recent month data inserted into the database sheet each month that is the newest data (based on the addresses of the spaces matching)

Are new form submissions going to the top of the sheet or the bottom of the sheet?

If they are going to the top, then a straightforward INDEX/MATCH should do the trick. If the bottom of the sheet, you would use an INDEX/COLLECT/COUNTIFS combo.
