Approving time entered in advance

I'm relatively new to RM Timesheets. I wanted to confirm that you can't approve time entered in advance.

As an example, someone has submitted her timesheet for this week, but has noticed she can only approve Monday and Tuesday.

I'm assuming this is because the time hasn't passed yet?
