Bulk Export through SFTP?

Hi, I need to export a lot of assets in bulk. I would love to do this through SFTP to ensure I am getting the filing and hierarchy correct. I am talking about sometimes 9,000 images at a time and when I do this through Brandfolder's bulk export option I receive an error page and am not able to download anything, I have been trying this for over 2 weeks now. We are in a time crunch when we need these assets, and having access to our files easily is paramount. How do I get SFTP credentials to download our assets, not just ingest.
