Calculate total time onsite

Looking for help to determine total time on site between different columns. Need calculate to come out in hours and minutes.

Example:

Column 1: Day 1 onsite: 8/18/23 22:00

Column 2: Day 1 Offsite: 8/19/23 10:00

Column 3: Day 1 Hours: Need calculation of hours here.

Any help with the formula here would be really appreciated.
