Trying to have a formula count assigned to and project status for a report

Hello! I am trying to create a formula for a metrics report that would count both the person assigned to a project from a main project tracker as well as the status in progress. Not sure what I'm doing wrong with the formula as following the prompts, but getting an error.

=COUNTIFS(Assigned to, Name, [Project Status],[Project Status], "In Progress")

If the source data is in a different sheet from the formula, your ranges should be cross sheet references.
