Instructor Led Courses/One on One

Hello!

Does anyone know if Instructor Led Courses are One on Ones with the Instructor and Purchaser or is it intended to host a large group of people. If I am looking to have a one-on-one session with someone pretty advanced with Smartsheet. Is that a purchasable option anywhere?

To answer your original question, the Instructor Led training courses from the Smartsheet University are virtual classroom-type lessons. Depending on who signed up for the same session you may be in the class with multiple other people, the maximum is 25.

If your account has purchased Pro Support in addition to your plan, you can book 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Pro Desk (see here).
