Lost cell information

I created a flag to delete cell contents only if the flag was selected. I ran the workflow and the automation cleared all rows indicated in the workflow including those where the flag was not selected. How can I get all this lost information back?

You are going to have to manually re-enter it. You can check cell history or the activity log (snapshot can be downloaded from the activity log as well so you can copy/paste from the excel doc back into the sheet).
