Outlook add-on: multiple-selection column disabled

I have a multiple-selection dropdown column named "Manual" on my sheet. When using Smartsheet's Outlook add-on to insert new rows to the sheet, the "Manual" column is disabled for selection. Any tips?

You're correct, currently multi-select columns are not accessible using the Outlook add-in. Please see the section under "Open existing sheets from Outlook" in this article:
