JOIN COLLECT if DATE Greater than

I would like to collect and display information as long as the date is greater than a specific date. Can I do something like this?

=JOIN(COLLECT({activityname}, {name}, [Full Name]@row, {expensedate}, >=[Expense Date]$1), CHAR(10))

@gwson that should work if you want the result in one cell separated by a line break. Are you getting any errors?
