I've had great frustration with this as well, emailing back and forth with both Make and Smartsheet. Hopefully, Smartsheet EU will be compatible with Make (EU) as well.

I have actually found out that this isn't do with Make.

it is to do with Smartsheet to choose to help this to be achieved.

Any chance for getting this done please?
