Work Flow "Unable to Run"
Hi all. I've built a number of sheets with multiple work flows. On this sheet, for the first time, i've experienced this error message. When i open the sheet, i don't see any indication of what is causing the error. I've rebuilt the work flow and the associated DocuSign Template multiple times and i get the same result. Any idea how to diagnose this or if there are common causes for this error? See attached screenshots of SmartSheet and DocuSign.

Hi @David Sprague - just a crazy thought here. Is the end time 5 am wrong and be rightly reflected as 5 PM instead of AM?

How exactly is the [End Date] column being populated?

@Paul Newcome The end date is being populated from a form that the employee fills out to start the whole process.

@David Sprague If the date field column is a Date Type column, then the workflow should run. I will try to test it out again today and let you know if it does.
