Concatenate USABLE contacts
Hi all,
I have created an FAQs board for my team to share knowledge. They ask a question through a Form, I respond and the requestor gets a direct email with the response. It also stores all the FAQs on a Dashboard for overall team review.
I am looking to send the response not only to the requestor, but the overall team and have a Form for people to request access to those notifications for which I can "approve".
I am now stuck as to how I combine the email addresses or contacts to be able to use as a distribution list "Send to All" which I can reference in the Workflow. I want to reference [Combined List ]1 in the other Grid but it doesn't come across as an email address, just text.

There is currently no way to do this through formulas.

I would suggest you create a user group with all of your users and add that as the recipient to your workflow. For those that don't want to receive the emails they can unsubscribe.
It is possible to create something more dynamic and add/remove users from a column but that would require the API and custom development.
