Hi all,
I have created an FAQs board for my team to share knowledge. They ask a question through a Form, I respond and the requestor gets a direct email with the response. It also stores all the FAQs on a Dashboard for overall team review.
I am looking to send the response not only to the requestor, but the overall team and have a Form for people to request access to those notifications for which I can "approve".
I am now stuck as to how I combine the email addresses or contacts to be able to use as a distribution list "Send to All" which I can reference in the Workflow. I want to reference [Combined List ]1 in the other Grid but it doesn't come across as an email address, just text.
