Hi, I use Brandfolder for Agent Marketing for The General. We have several different guides for different states. I've created PINs for all the states, but when I click on a few states, it's bringing over multiple states and in the document that's pinned, it's only tagged with the name of the one state. Does anyone know why this may be happening? Thanks!

Hi Kym,

It sounds like your pinned search is based on tags. If this is the case, I would suggest updating your pinned search to tag: "Ohio" and then follow suit with the other state names as well - i.e. tag: "[ENTER APPLICABLE STATE NAME HERE]". This should make it so only the applicable documents that are tagged with "Ohio" will appear when selecting that pinned search.

As you can see below, we have used this within our marketing team to organize any and all assets that were tagged with the term "ENGAGE 2023" to organize our collateral for our user conference coming up next week.
