Count distinct based on multiple criterion

Hello, I have a large inventory of assets that are tagged in multiple ways and keep changing. For reporting , I want to pull totals of unique number of assets in a dashboard that have multiple criteria in various columns. I know count can be used with distinct, but I tried countif and countifs that did not work with Distinct. How do I run unique counts of things based on criteria from other adjacent columns?

You would use COUNT/DISTINCT/COLLECT.

=COUNT(DISTINCT(COLLECT({Range To Count}, {1st Criteria Range}, 1st Criteria, {2nd Criteria Range}, 2nd Criteria, ..........)))
