Help needed ! #INCORRECT ARGUMENT SET

Hi all,

I am seeing error #INCORRECT ARGUMENT SET. Could you please help me to fix it? Not really sure which part of the formula went wrong.

SUMIFS({Amount}, {Section}, =$Initiative@row, {QTRFY}, =($[Q1]$4 + $FY$2)
