SUMIF with checkbox condition

I need help writing a formula to apply a mark-up percentage if the checkbox is applied.
Annual revenue is sum of date range. If checkbox is activated, then 1.5% is added to the sum. If no checkbox is present, then it is just the sum of the date range.
