Need to create a formula that returns multiple values

I need a formula that will return the values in green based on the information in the table.

I am pretty new to using complex formulas and I have watched 100+ videos on Join Collect - If Contains and I just can't get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.

I’m not sure about how to do this via a formula but could be done pretty quickly with a script.

If you could share the sheet to me, I’ll give you an example?

@Andrée Starå - I want to collect the information highlighted in green using a formula.

So if an item is critical I want the name of the item to list in the critical item column.
