    Hi @Gigi_Ris,

    Can you please elaborate more about what Smartsheet item or feature would you like to be able to sort by date? This will help other users relate with your idea and support it.

    Cheers,

    Marcela.

    Hi @Gigi_Ris

    I've updated your original post to clarify that you would like to see a Filter in Dynamic View for dates. To clarify, you can currently sort by a date column (the original request) by clicking on the header:

    Cheers,

    I would like to add that you should be able to filter by any field in dynamic view just like the rest of Smartsheet. This is pretty limiting and very frustrating!

    Hi all!

    In Smartsheet Dynamic view we can create filters on:

    • Symbol Columns
    • Contact Lists
    • Checkbox Columns
    • Dropdown Lists

    BUT we can't create date filters such as dates. There's no way to filter on date stamps to check your orders for this week or month. We can only sort the date columns ascending/descending.

    It would be very handy if the date filters would be added in Dynamic View. It is already existing in the Smartsheet sheet itself.

    This has been requested earlier in the Smartsheet Community but it is really a basic feature where we all would benefit from.

    Much thanks to look into this request!

    @Genevieve P.

    I agree 100% for a $18-20K the inability to set a filter to show only past dates, only future dates, dates in the next # days, dates in the last # days, etc. is ridiculous. This product is WAY overpriced for what it can do and for what it CANNOT do. Where does this request fall on the roadmap? Please move it WAY up the list.
