I am using INDEX formula to pick a column and that is making sheet very slow to load.
I have a sheet with 3789 rows and added Index formula to pick a column from different sheet. To be sure that it causing sheet to load very slowly and sometimes it's taking 1-2 min to save the sheet.
What could be the work around to avoid index formula but pick the column to update the sheet.
Will Automation helps in this scenario. When the row is added to helper sheet, it automatically picks up the column and updates to respective row in different sheet?
Scenario:
Helper sheet columns (Emp ID, Name)(creates new rows daily through Power Automates)
Sheet1(Emp ID). I need to bring the Name to sheet 1 when the row is added to Helper sheet.

Have you tried using a copy row automation, or do you need to keep the two sheets linked together?
