Automation trigger
1 month after X date I would like to trigger an automation. In this automation I would like to ask a few questions. How do I capture these responses? If it is an automation email, they won't be able to reply to it right?

Not sure how you set up your sheet, but one way to accomplish this might be to create a form (see the Forms option in the top ribbon menu) containing the questions you want to ask. Copy the form URL. Then, create a workflow (see the Automation option in the top ribbon menu) that is set up to run 30 days after your chosen date. In the email message section, customize the text to include the form URL. When the recipient receives the email and clicks the link, they can answer the questions on the form, and the responses will be recorded on your sheet.

So if I have two forms will both forms generate on that one sheet?
