Fill Form in Google Doc and populate sheet

I saw that it's possible to populate a form using the values on smartsheet, but can it be done the other way? to fill the google doc and populate the values in the sheet?

My apologies. I missed the "doc" part. It would have to be in a Google sheet, or you may be able to leverage the API.

I was thinking an API too. I'll try to create a form as close as the word file and just add the link of the form in case. Thanks for the help

You could parse the information in a Google Doc and transfer it to Smartsheet using a 3rd-party integration.
