I'm on pro plan. Have no phone support, just my email. They give long not focused answers, how do others on pro plan manage this kind of horrible support? Just ridiculous & frustrating

Unfortunately there aren't really much in the way of options for support on a Pro plan.

You are more than welcome to create a post here in the Community detailing your challenge to see if someone here is able to help you out?
