Using If Statement to reference another cell

This should be simple but I just can't get it.

I would like to use an if statement to reference another cell. So, if Stock is greater than Number of Boxes to order, I'd like to reference the cell under Number of Boxes to order. If Stock is less than Number of Boxes to order, I can easily get zero to show, but I just cannot figure out how to reference a specific cell value.
