combining similar tags

we have thousands of tags that are all product id/name based. is there any way to sort through and find the similar tags to review and then merge to create one tag that is searchable on all assets?

Hi @dan_prich_EA,

You can use the Tags Bulk Management page to do this. Owners and Admins can find it by navigating to Settings > Bulk Management > Tags.

One way to find similar tags is to Sort them by name, so that similar ones will show up next to each other on the list. You can also use the search bar to look up specific words. For example, if you search up "logo" any tags including that word will show up.

Combining Tags

You can rename tags in order to combine them. For example, if you have 2 tags, "logo" and "logos," you can rename "logos" as "logo." The assets will be added to the "logo" tag, and "logos" will disappear.
