Consecutive count based on name

Hello,

I am working on an audit system that needs to automatically calculate consecutive pass grades based on the RBT name. Within this sheet, there could be 70 different names that have multiple grades per RBT. I need a formula that can count when they get to a specific consecutive number of passes based on the RBT name. I know the sheet can count consecutive numbers easily, but I am having issues with it being NAME specific.
