When a date is reached how to copy row to another sheet

Hallo
I just want to copy rows to another sheet
when 60 days before a date reached in colom 1
this makes that we have 60 days for settle the training?

Hey @TVP ALAN
From your Automation menu at the top of your sheet, Create a workflow
Select the trigger of 'When a date is reached. Use the small dropdown by the 'on' to select 60d before. Select your Date field. Choose a time of day.
Add any Conditions, if any, to filter your data. If no conditions are needed, you can delete that section. As an example, I chose to make sure my date column had a date in it so that the math of -60d could be performed without error
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the ACTIONS block and select COPY Row. You will then need to select your destination sheet
Save the flow and that's it. Your flow should run.

thanks will try this again as i thought that I did same procedures as above but my result was all dates where copied in the new sheet 🧐

even when i test via change a field if days has been reached 60 days before date in ADR it doesnt work , i dont understand what i do wrong

you can see he is taking all dates also those in 2026 ?
