Formula to migrate data from a sheet to another with hierarchy separation

HI,

What formula would work to move text data from a sheet in which the Primary Column has multiple ancestor entries and multi-level children and in the secondary sheet, I want to expand those into each level of child in a new row to work with.

You would need to use the API for this. Formulas cannot affect hierarchy.
