Printing Options in Smartsheet

I used to be able to change the print settings within Smartsheet. These settings included the margins, logo, the title box colours etc. using something similar to the print setup image below.
However, I no longer get this print option pop up; when I select print, it only get the option to choose an installed printer (Image below), and not any of the other options.
When I print using this generic printer option, the titles of the displayed reports are drab and grey, with no background colour, the whole dashboard is justified left and it looks unprofessional. See the image below, the headings are barely visible without the red boxes around them 9which were only put there to highlight the issue!).
Can anyone tell me how I can get the old Smartsheet printer settings back, or how I can at least change the settings to justify the dashboard in the center of the page, change the margins, print the title block colours etc?
Thank you
Rachael

Have you checked the Preferences options? There may be something in there for left/right/center justifying, and there should also be something in there to display Background Graphics.

Hi @Paul Newcome I've been trying to work through all of the various printer settings, as has my colleague, and we still haven't been able to print it in either Adobe or in hard copy, with any colour in it.
This is a snip from the dashboard
And this is a snip from the adobe printout

And you definitely have it set to display background graphics?

Hi @Paul Newcome that option doesn't appear to be available in my printer settings. But I did used to have that option.

Hi @Paul Newcome I can't see it in the advanced settings. I changed allof settings in the preferences, but it still didn't print the background graphics

Hi @Paul Newcome I tried Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, and I got the same results. We used to have the option to change margin size, select background colour etc. on the Smartsheet print options, that no longer appears, and it goes straight to our company printer options.

That's odd. I have been using Chrome with no issues at all. I wonder if it isn't Smartsheet related but more an issue of your computer settings.

I hope you're well and safe!
To add to Paul's excellent advice/answer.
I worked with MFP machines way back.
It can be set on a company level in the printer driver, but it's either a new driver or the feature isn't available.
I'd recommend reaching out to IT internally or to Xerox support. (I worked with HP, Canon, QMS, and Toshiba)
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
