Formulas
Hello
I am trying to write a formula for labor costs (which is the name of the column) which will add 33% to the data entered. I can get the formula to work in a separate cell but when I try to past formula in the column I want it I keep getting "#UNPARSEABLE". I do not understand what I am doing wrong.
Additionally I am also working on a summary report that will provide an overall look at Contract Value, Total Revenue and CM% for jobs in process but keep getting results that include ALL contract values even for jobs that are not in process.
Need some guidance please.

Are you able to provide some screenshots for context as well as the formula(s) you are currently using?

=[labor costs]1+([labor costs]1*1.33))
When I remove the last ) from the above I can get the formula to work but as soon as I try to copy and paste the fx I get #UNPARSEABLE. I need the formula to work in the Labor Costs column.

For the formulas in my summary sheet I am at a loss. I would like for the summary to only provide data of contract values, total revenue and CM% of jobs that are in process or have labor hours documented.

Try retyping it into the cell you want it in (without the last closing parenthesis) instead of copy/pasting it.

@Paul Newcome Still getting UNPARSEABLE. I am starting to think that the fx needs to reference data from another column the way I writing it.

Can you provide a screenshot of the formula open in the sheet as if you are about to edit it?
