Triggering when Start date Reached or Between Start Date & End Date Entered

Do you need 2 sheets or could you report on sheet 1 between the dates?

If you need two sheets, maybe you could use the Modified Date and a helper column to tick if the modified date is between the Start and End date. Then if the helper column is set to 1 (ie it ticks) then this could be the trigger for the copy row automation?
