Ideas to validate all required training is complete

I'm looking for ideas on the best way to indicate an employee has completed their required training. Let's say the there are 5 trainings in all (A,B,C,D,E).

Employee 1 is required all, employee 2 is required A,B,D, Employee 3 is required A.

What is the best way to show they have completed or not completed their required training.
