Identify number of steps done based on a Unique ID

I have sheet with unique ID's and steps, I want find the unique ID's which crossed more than 2 steps.

In the below case TC001 has step 2 more than 2 times, like that I want to find ID's which has steps more than 2 time

In another column you would use something like

=IF(COUNTIFS([Test Script ID]:[Test Script ID], @cell = [Test Script ID]@row, [Step#]:[Step#], @cell = [Step#]@row)> 1, "output if true")
