How to automate a form using a check box
Is there a way to set up a form with a check box that when you click it, it will open the created form to fill out?
Basically we need this to do 2 parts. When a check box is clicked, we need a form to automatically open so that a person can fill it out and then we need to have that form automatically be e-mailed to another person. Is this even possible? I have been playing around with it but I am having issues.
Also does the form need to be built on the same sheet that the check box is in or can it be on another sheet?
