Looking up a value in a sheet

Hello

I m looking at filling sheet2 below using lookup formulas and reading data from sheet1. So, the "value" column in sheet2 should be a formula, getting for each team the value related to that specific category.

Hope this is clear. Please let me know if this can be done, i am not sure if it is simple i just cant make it work.

thank you Sal i use formulas for quite some time but couldn't find the right formula for this.

It is working now with adding the column name as a helper row.
