There are additional blank lines/spaces when using Smartsheet in Citrix

We have encountered a strange issue that only seems to be occurring within our citrix environment. When using Smartsheet within a Citrix environment, extra lines/spaces are in certain cells. I can pull up the same smartsheet in a browser outside of Citrix and it will not have that problem. The same thing is happening in both Chrome and Edge. Are there browser setting that you know of that may cause this?
