Populating contact lists

Is there a way to populate a contact column list drop down from and email list on another sheet to avoid having to add each contact individually? thanks in advance

Yes, you can use the Premium App, Data Shuttle, to sync a contact column and similar.

Is that an option?

thanks I also worked out how to import from a CSV file
