If Work Week Is Next Week

How do I write the formula to show *Expcd Work Week if work week is next week based on the three options?

I'm not quite following what you need, but WEEKNUMBER function might be able to help you. Like, if you are trying to determine if a date is next week, you could do something like

=IF(WEEKNUMBER([Date]@row)-WEEKNUMBER(Today())=1,1,0)

Then if you put that into a checkbox column, it'd check the box if a date referenced is next week.
