INDEX MATCH multiple contacts

I am trying to use the INDEX MATCH formula to populate multiple contacts located in more than one column in the 'reference sheet'. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible to combine contacts from multiple columns now, but it's an excellent idea!
