Formula to attach comment/attachment from other sheet?

Is there a way to move a comment or an attachment from one row in a sheet to a different row in a different sheet? A formula to pull that in like an INDEX?

I asked about this before but unfortunately, it's not possible via formula. If you set up an automation to copy or move a row there is an option to include comments and attachments.

I believe this is something control center can do when using a blueprint to create a project folder from a row in your intake, but we are in very early exploration stages for control center so I'm not 100% positive.
