Troubleshooting Data Shuttle

I am having issues with Data Shuttle adding rows at the bottom. It seems to be skipping 20+ rows in Smartsheet when my data source doesn't have those blank rows. I did add a filter to filter out blank rows. Any suggestions?

Have you selected those rows and used the row menu to delete the blank rows from the Smartsheet?
