Requested people not able to select/enter the fields
Hello community members,
I have a smartsheet workflow which routs an automatic email once a specific date is reached. This other person then has to enter the details by following the smartsheet link. The issue is this person gets the email, but they dont see any option to enter the details in the two fields (which are sent to them). When I (as an owner of the smartheet) rout the email to myself, I am able to see these fields (dropdown and a text field).
What could be the issue here? I dont think they need any specific rights. I request an update via this template:
