COUNTIFS function

Hello, I'm using the following COUNTIFS function but it's giving me a zero value.

=COUNTIFS(Market:Market, "Austin", [Non-Admit Code]:[Non-Admit Code], "Outside coverage area")

What am I doing wrong?

@Zalihta Without know what information you have in your sheet, I would say there is no line with both Austin and Outside coverage area combination.
