Transfer attachments between sheets

Is there a feature available to set up a workflow rule that triggers when a new attachment is added to the source sheet, the rule would then automate the transfer of that attachment to another sheet?

I hope you're well and safe!

You can have the row copy over to the other sheet, but if you only want to have the attachment, it might be possible with the Premium App, Bridge.

I only need the attachment, and I don't have the App. It will have to be a manual process.
