Highest and lowest output word

I have a Smartsheet "B" and it uses percentages that are pulled from Smartsheet "A".
I want to add a new formula that at any given time states the highest and lowest percent, but outputs the description. (In the example below - I want the "oranges" and "bananas" to auto populate. What formula would I need?

Would an index match function with nested Max and Min functions work:
=Index({Column with Apples and Bananas}, Match(MAX({Column with Percentages}), {Column from Smartsheet with percentages}, 0)
=Index({Column with Apples and Bananas}, Match(MIN({Column with Percentages}), {Column from Smartsheet with percentages}, 0)
