Copy Data from Src to Dst Sheet

Hi Folks,

I know this topic has been discussed before but as I am new to Smartsheet, I still have some confusion working with formulas in SmartSheet. This example would help clarify my confusion.

Scenario:

I have a Src Project sheet (screenshot below) which I am using to track a Project. I've created another sheet (Dst Sheet), which I will be sharing with the team, that I only want to include the WBS and the Tasks associated with that ID.

Src Sheet:

Dst Sheet:

My ask:

I am looking to pull only the WBS tasks in the execution phase (so WBD ID of 3 or higher) into the Dst Sheet. I created the Cross Sheet Reference links and tried using the Index/Match formula but no luck.

Any help is appreciated!

    Hey @PerDeSi

Have you considered using a report rather than a sheet? You create a report with only the columns you wish, using the filter criteria you need. Unless you're using WorkApps you will need to share the underlying sheet however a report typically works for most people.

    Would this work for you?
