I am managing real estate development projects and have a need for an mobile app based punch list format. Has anyone ever used Smartsheets to create, manage and share construction punch lists?

Smartsheet's mobile app has improved functionality and now allows you to paste images into cells using the camera.

That's a lovely feature for reporting on site conditions, etc.
